♦ I have the right to decline any project that I don't feel comfortable drawing.♦ I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.♦ Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.♦The customer is allowed to post the artwork on their website/social media accounts only with proper credit to the artist [copy & paste the following] (Artwork by: Kchan, IG: @darealartchan)♦ DO NOT use my artworks as NFTs.♦ DO NOT use my artworks to train/code/program any type of AI application.♦ Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.♦ Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.
♦ Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.♦ If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).♦ In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all due to an art block, school or work, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).♦ Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment and will be blacklisted if I see necessary.♦ Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process (you can also send mood-boards through Pinterest).♦ Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.♦Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.♦ Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered. You may print the artwork for personal use.♦ The images will have a specific ratio and size based on the composition/type of commission or based on your preferences.♦ All commissions are drawn and rendered in my style.♦ By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above on the invoice
